Brenda Munoz-Williams – Top Latinos

Denver, CO/LWW/ Brenda Munoz-Williams, Manager, Retail & Post Office Operations Support with the United States Postal Service, has been recognized by the Top Latinos in the 2024 edition.

Brenda Munoz-Williams has been promoted to Manager, Retail & Brenda Munoz-Williams USPS Post Office Operations Support Westpac Area, effective November 18, 2023.

Brenda began her postal career as a city carrier in Los Angeles, California, back in February 1998. She has held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including Supervisor, Customer Service at Village Station CA, Postmaster Inglewood CA, Postmaster Artesia CA, Postmaster La Habra CA, C&IC Manager Portland OR, and Western Area Sr BSN Specialist.

In her most recent role as the Post Office Support Specialist Team Lead (WestPac), Brenda successfully led a team tasked with reducing the F4 operational codes. Under her guidance, the codes were reduced from 70 to 25, contributing to WestPac’s achievement of key F4 indicators such as CSV, SOV, and IVES.

In addition to her permanent positions, Brenda has also taken on various temporary assignments, including Manager Rancho Park CA, Manager Bicentennial Station CA, OIC Inglewood CA, OIC Redondo Beach CA, OIC Artesia CA, OIC Upland CA, and OIC Bellflower CA.

From 2019 to 2020, Brenda served as the National Postal Forum assistant coordinator for the Western Area, ensuring the success of the NPF and providing essential mailer information to senior leadership.  Additionally, Brenda is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified.

Brenda is a proud mother of three amazing girls – Samantha, aged 13, Khloe, aged 9, and Kattleya, aged 8. Together with her loving husband, Tyrone Williams, Brenda goes above and beyond to support her daughters’ competitive soccer teams. Balancing work and family is key to their success.
