With over 20 years of experience as a business owner, investor, and operator, David has built an impressive portfolio of ventures. He co-founded Escudo Empresarial, Arizona’s only Spanish-speaking business law firm, and E-Hub Latino, a digital agency tailored to Spanish-speaking businesses. He also founded a business lending company focused on the Latino small business community and successfully exited Accesso Capital. Additionally, David is a managing partner of a thriving retail chain celebrating over 15 years of success. His hands-on expertise spans sales, operations, systems, team building, marketing, and investment, enabling him to deliver measurable results for every business he touches.
David’s journey is deeply personal. As a former DACA recipient, he intimately understands the barriers faced by the Hispanic-Latino community. This lived experience fuels his passion for mentoring and uplifting others through access, education, and opportunity. His leadership extends beyond business, as he has served in numerous community roles, including as a founding member of the Arizona Latino Council for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, President of the Nation’s and Arizona’s first Spanish-speaking BNI chapter, and executive board member of the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He has also been an instructor and mentor for programs like the Fuerza Local Business Accelerator and the Dream Builder Program at the Mexican Consulate in Phoenix.
David’s impact has been widely recognized. He has received accolades such as the Phoenix Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, Premios Nosotros’ Latino Standout Entrepreneur and Leader awards, and the Arizona Republic’s Top 35 Entrepreneurs Under 35. His leadership has also been honored with awards from the Small Business Development Centers of Arizona, Mesa Association of Hispanic Citizens, and more.
