In 2006, Dr. Soler founded the Multicultural Entrepreneurial Institute (MEI), a beacon of hope for aspiring entrepreneurs in Wisconsin and beyond. With a mission to empower founders through culturally relevant education, bilingual consulting, and hands-on technical assistance, MEI has become a transformative force in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Under Dr. Soler’s leadership, the institute has helped launch and grow over 6,200 businesses, delivering nearly $3 million in funding and technical support in just three years.
