In 2015, he founded H&K Multicultural Marketing, a Marketing company dedicated to strengthening the Hispanic community by bridging the gap between corporations and the multicultural market. Through H&K, Heber has spearheaded national marketing campaigns for major brands such as Sprint Nextel, and sports events like the Gold Cup and Copa América, while also contributing to the success of professional soccer organizations such as Phoenix Rising FC (formely known as Arizona United SC) and the Arizona Soccer Association. His efforts have earned him numerous accolades, including Salesman of the Year and the Most Revenue Award from Arizona United-USL.
Heber’s passion for learning and growth is evident in his academic pursuits. An alumnus of Phoenix College, he has recently received his master’s degree in Sports Marketing and Sponsorship from the prestigious Johan Cruyff Institute in Barcelona, Spain. This dedication to education underscores his commitment to staying at the forefront of the sports business industry.
Beyond his professional achievements, Heber is deeply devoted to giving back. He served as a business advisor and marketing instructor from 2019 to 2022 at Fuerza Local, a local network of over 1,200 local businesses. Through this role, he empowered small business owners—many of whom lacked access to formal education—by teaching them essential marketing principles and financial literacy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Heber went above and beyond, producing webinars to help entrepreneurs adapt and thrive in challenging times. Heber’s impact extends to his work with Latinos Contra el Cáncer, a chapter of the American Cancer Society that he helped establish in Phoenix. As the Founder and CEO at the State 48 FC Foundation, Heber combines his love for soccer with his passion for youth development. The club focuses on building motor skills, promoting physical fitness, and fostering self-confidence in children through competitive and recreational programs. Under Heber’s leadership, State 48 FC has flourished to be a soccer community of 1600 members across 6 cities in the valley becoming a beacon of hope and opportunity, using soccer as a tool to shape the next generation of leaders.
