As the Executive Director and Founder of USNIA Inc., a certified woman owned business since 2008, Tarrazzia leads a private law enforcement and investigative services company that disrupts traditional processes through cutting-edge digital technologies. Under her leadership, USNIA provides a wide range of services, including training and education in law enforcement areas such as Special Police Officer (SPO) courses, armed and unarmed security guard certifications, and certifications for digital tools like UAVs and advanced cyber technology capabilities. The company also enhances investigative and surveillance methods, executive protection, and fugitive recovery services, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation in the law enforcement sector.
In addition to her role at USNIA, Tarrazzia is the founder of New Utopia International Foundation, a faith-based organization dedicated to promoting fairness and equity in the communities it serves. Guided by the motto, “Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile,” New Utopia collaborates with affiliate organizations to provide holistic services to those in need. Her federal leadership experience is equally impressive. Tarrazzia spent over 13 years at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), where she served as the HUD ZTA EICAM Program Manager, spearheading initiatives to enhance technology and operational efficiency. As a leader within the intelligence community, she held multiple strategic roles over six years, including Senior Executive and Strategic Advisor, Director of the Business Transformation Office (BTO), and Director of Information Sharing Policy, Planning, and Programming. In these roles, she led initiatives in workforce management, intelligence information sharing, organizational development, and programmatic improvements. She also integrated and deployed business processes, data, and technologies across the Intelligence Community (IC) in areas such as Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement.
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under the Department of Homeland Security, Tarrazzia led transformative IT initiatives to modernize operations and enhance service delivery.
Tarrazzia’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Broadcast Communications from Utah State University.
